Now to explain what all this means.

In the "Anime" section of the review, what is mostly being covered are the basics of the anime itself. "Plot" obviously refers to the content of the story that moves everything forwards. Anime is a tool to tell a story, just like a book. The more points you give, the more you liked the story of the anime or you liked how it was told and whatnot. The "Characters" points are to be given based on the realism of the characters. Sure, many (if not most or even all anime) anime are very unrealistic, but that doesn't mean that the characters have to be just as unrealistic. Character personalities, traits, what causes them to stand out in a crowd, their growth and how the anime ties up all the knots and loose ends in regards to them... All this contributes to how many points are to be given. "Setting" is as simple as saying "The world is interesting and cool." The way that magic works, the machines that exist, how people interact with each other, or even just how similar that world is to ours. Take all this into account when assigning points to this category. Finally, we have "Animation". Now, this is somewhat personal as everyone has their own tastes, but we can all agree on somethings. The closest thing I can liken this to is "Is: Infinite Stratos"; while not completed, the fusion of classic animation with computer CGI is impressive, and I would probably give it a 5.

The "Music" section of the review was a request by Zeke. I have added points and made it slightly more detailed so that you can have your way assigning the amount of points that you see fit, granting you the points that you asked for in regards to the Openings and Closings. As you can see, I have omitted the Seiyuu part of this because you were right when you said that not too many people actually pay much attention to the voice actors. As always, the soundtrack part of the review is still there. I only ask that if you're going to fill this part out, you download the OST of the anime as well. Nipponsei has some great torrents available.

The "Personal" Section is pretty much the same as it's always been, except for the addition of my new system of "tasting". "First Three Episodes" is this new "tasting" system that I think you should give a shot. Basically, I watch the first three episodes of an anime and see if I'm hooked or not. A "5" means that before you knew it, you were on episode 6 or 7, and a "0" or a "1" means that the experience was painful enough just getting through to the second or third episode. On that note, you are now allowed to give a "0" in any category that you feel absolutely deserved the lowest mark of all. The "Personal Opinion of the Anime" is still as it was, and the "Finale" is just in regards to your thoughts on the final episodes if applicable: Was it satisfying? Do you think they could have done better? Do they need a second season? Is it a damn cliffhanger ending?
